“To Those Wishing The President Dead, He Will Not Die” — Olumba Olumba

His Holiness Olumba Olumba, the Spiritual leader of the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, has stated that President Muhammadu Buhari will not die in office as predicted by many. Vanguard Reports.

He disclosed this in Calabar when cautioning those praying and wishing Buhari dead to desist, saying God purposely chose him as president of Nigeria to wage war against corruption.

According to Olumba, Buhari’s government has succeeded in the battle to retrieve Nigeria’s stolen money; but that he must work towards peace and unity of the country.

“When we said at the onset of the administration that those who stole Nigeria’s money will return all, many did not believe us,” he said. “But the president must pray for God to lead him to apply the recovered loot to the benefit of all Nigerians. Let me repeat that Nigeria is a very well blessed country; to those wishing the president dead, he will not die,” he said.

He further called on Nigerians and investors to have faith in the country.

Policeman Shoot Okada Rider Dead For Not Wearing Face Mask In Imo [Video]

A yet-to-be-identified motorcycle rider was allegedly shot dead by a police officer around Banana junction in Orlu, Imo state today July 9.

According to reports, the policeman had stopped the motorcycle rider for not wearing a face mask. An altercation ensued between both men after the Okada man allegedly refused to give a N50 bribe.

The area is currently in Chaos as residents are demanding justice for the deceased Okada rider.

The spokesperson of the state police command is yet to comment on the incident.

How We Tracked ‘Woodberry’ Via iPhone, WhatsApp, Bitcoin Transactions — FBI

Court documents obtained by newsmen reveal that Olalekan Jacob Ponle, popularly known as Woodberry, was caught through details accessed from his WhatsApp, iPhone and Bitcoin transactions.

Recall that Woodberry, alongside Raymon Abbas, also known as Hushpuppi, was arrested in the United Arab Emirate on June 10 for multiple fraud charges after a raid by operatives of the Dubai crime unit.

The duo were then extradited to the United States on July 2.

Mr Ponle, 29, is currently facing charges bordering on wire fraud conspiracy at a United States District Court sitting in Illinois.

The court had since June 25 issued an arrest warrant to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) regarding Mr Ponle’s case after a criminal complaint was filed.

His first appearance in court was on July 3, after which the preliminary hearing was set for July 16 before Judge Jeffrey T Gilbert.

However, as provided by a section of the U.S. laws on the release or detention of a defendant pending trial, Mr Ponle will be remanded in custody until further order of the court.

If found guilty, he is liable to a jail term ranging from 20 to 30 years.

Page Pate, a U.S. law firm, stated on its website that penalties for wire fraud include a prison sentence of up to 20 years (30 years if the case involves federal disaster relief funds or a financial institution), restitution to any victims and a fine set by the judge.

~ How he was tracked ~

Ali Sadiq, a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), chronicled how the bureau tracked down through his online activities.

He said this in a criminal complaint document filed at the court and obtained by PREMIUM TIMES.

He stated that Mr Ponle, who often adopted a pseudonym Mark Kain, has defrauded several United States-based companies through Business Email Compromise (BEC) schemes.

This scheme compromises legitimate business email accounts through computer intrusion techniques or social engineering and uses those accounts to cause the unauthorized transfer of funds.

Husband And Wife Arrested For Drilling 6 Inches Nail Into Housemaid’s Head Accuse Each Other During Interrogation (Video)

The Enugu state police command recently apprehended a married couple for maltreating and drilling a nail into the head of their 10-year-old housemaid, Nneoma Nnadi.

A statement released by the spokesperson of the state police command, Daniel Ndukwe Ikea, states that the woman, Ifeoma Ozougwu, 24, and her husband, Jude Ozougwu, 40, were arrested following credible information received July 2 alleging that a woman in Akonameze Street, Thinker’s Corner, Enugu, inflicted degrees of injuries on her minor female ward.

However, upon interrogation, the husband and wife denied inflicting injuries on the child, and rather pointed accusing fingers at each other for being responsible for the evil act.
