Biafra Group Reacts To Attack On A’Ibom Community By Fulani Herdsmen

Biafra Nations Youth League, BNYL, has reacted to attack on Ikot Obio Nso Community in Mkpat Enin LGA of Akwa Ibom State by suspected Fulani herdsmen.

It was gathered that suspected herdsmen invaded farmlands at Ikot Obio Nso community in Mkpat Enin Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, on Thursday, killing one Friday Etor and injuring another, Nsikak Udoh.

BNYL said attacks by Fulani Militia were becoming worst and beyond government control.

National Leader of the group, Princewill Chimezie Richard, in a statement on Saturday, condemned the attack and urged the people of Akwa Ibom State not to be afraid.

He added that the people of defunct eastern region will never be conquered by jihadists.

Richard said the attack in Akwa Ibom and current situation in Nigeria had vindicated General Philip Effiong and what he stood for, urging the people to rise to defend themselves.

He said “Time will tell what they will receive from us, the attack is signal that we should expect the worst, and we have received the message.”

Yul Edochie Sends Message To Nnamdi Kanu Over Father’s Death

Nollywood Actor, Yul Edochie has condoled with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), over the death of his father, Eze Israel Kanu.

Recall that the traditional council of his community led by Edward Ibeabuchi confirmed Eze Kanu’s death on Friday.

One of his sons, Emmanuel, also confirmed the demise of his father but the IPOB leader, Kanu is yet to issue a statement regarding this.

Until his death, Eze Kanu was the traditional ruler of Afaraukwu community in Umuahia, the capital of Abia State.

Reacting to the death in a tweet on the micro-blogging site, Twitter, Edochie wrote: “Do accept my condolences @MaziNnamdiKanu on the transition of your father Eze Isreal Kanu.

Nnamdi Kanu Postpones Saturday’s Broadcast

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has postponed his broadcast on Radio Biafra earlier slated for Saturday, December 7, 2019.

The IPOB leader announced the postponement few minutes ago on his page on micro-blogging site, Twitter.

He said the broadcast will now hold tomorrow, Sunday, December 8. 2019.

“I regret to announce that I will not broadcast today as previously advertised. Instead, it will be tomorrow Sunday 8 Dec. 2019 7 pm Biafraland Time.

“I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and look forward to your company tomorrow night. Thank you,” Kanu tweeted.

How Spanish Police Intervened As IPOB Mercilessly Beat Amaechi [VIDEO]

Spanish police officers intervened early as angry members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, atatcked Rotimi Amaechi, minister of transportation, in Madrid, Spain, on Friday.

Members of the pro-Biafra group had filed out on the street waiting for the minister but the policemen arrived early before they could beat him to their satisfaction.

However, one of the protesters who spoke in Igbo confirmed that they tore the minister’s suit and gave him a serious beating even before the police could disperse them.

The incident has been generating reactions on social media.
