Nnamdi Kanu Descends On Abia Police Commissioner, Ene Okon, Says ‘You’ll Regret Your Comment’

Nnamdi Kanu, Ene Okon

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu has come hard on Ene Okon, the Abia State Commissioner Of Police.

Okon had in an interview with the Sun said that Kanu will not be spared if he steps foot in Abia for his mother’s funeral.

Reacting on Saturday, Emma Powerful, spokesman of IPOB, described Okon as an ”unknown Fulani boy-boy in Police uniform.”

Powerful said the Abia CP wants to gain relevance with the name of the IPOB leader.

Speaking further, Powerful stated that IPOB is an international movement currently engaged in international diplomacy and as such does not have time to respond to “incompetent lowly ranked officers.”

He also said that the CP Okon is not worthy of an intelligent response from IPOB.

The statement reads:

It seems this caliphate servant in police uniform named CP Okon wants to use the name of our most reverred leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to be noticed as the slave he is in order to advance his career, the same way another slave called “Justice” John Tsoho used the privilege of presiding over the sham trial of our leader to become the Chief Judge of Federal High Court of Nigeria.

“Before this Okon came, there were other loud mouthed southern police commissioners in Abia that sought to impress their Alimajiri masters by making unedifying and unguarded utterances against our leader and the indomitable IPOB family.

”The same way they sunk into oblivion is exactly the same way this talkertative (sic) imp will be quickly consigned to the scrapheap of used and discarded unthinking caliphate servants from the south. He is not the first and neither will he be the last.

“IPOB is not in the business of responding to incompetent lowly ranked officers of a failed, shameless, uncivilised and discredited colonial disgrace like Nigeria.

“IPOB is an international movement currently engaged in international diplomacy to drive home the need to put the long suffering ethnic nationalities the British herded together into their failed experiment in Nigeria out of the primitive stranglehold of the eternally backward Arewa core north.

“An inconsequential and roundly incompetent local police operative blabbing away from a poorly maintained office in a delapidated building in Umuahia is not worthy of an intelligent response from the great IPOB.

“However it is important we inform the Fulani masters of this Okon that Biafra is resonating all over the world today thanks to IPOB.

“All the years of threats and brutal crackdowns have all resulted in making IPOB more defiant, determined and ruthless in our pursuit of the noble goal of Biafra liberation.

“The foolish comment in the Sun newspaper of the 30th of November attributed to this CP Okon is something he will come to regret.

“If the military might of the Alimajiri Nigerian north, grand conspiracy of the judiciary and mind-numbing treachery of Okezie Ikpeazu, other Igbo governors and Ohaneze could not stop IPOB, how much less an unknown Fulani boy-boy in police uniform in Umuahia.”

Kanu had filed a suit before the court on March 3, 2016 alleging torture, assault, inhuman treatment, and the violation of his property rights by the Federal Government.

The IPOB leader in the suit no ECW/CCJ/APP/06/16 filed before the court by his counsel, Mr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, also claimed that his rights to life, personal integrity, privacy, fair trial, freedom of movement, freedom of expression, freedom of association, and right to self-determination among others were violated following his arrest and detention by agents of the defendant State.

The Community Court in its judgement held that the arrest and detention of the IPOB’s leader, Kanu, was lawful.

IPOB To Army: Leave Us Alone, We Have More Important Things To Do

IPOB

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has denied claim that it doctored and circulated recent video where member of the Boko Haram killed several Nigerian soldiers.

Recall that the Nigerian Army had accused the pro-Biafra group of being behind the trending video that purported that Boko Haram terrorists captured and killed several troops of Operation Lafiya Dole in the North East.

IPOB said it was a shame for the Army to involve the group in their futile attempt impotence and failed effort to fight Boko Haram.

Reacting to the allegation, IPOB’s media and publicity secretary, Comrade Emma Powerful berated the Army, saying they belittled themselves by involving IPOB in issue of doctoring a video.

Powerful said that IPOB have more important things to do than engaging in doctoring a video where soldiers were killed.

“This recent statement from the thoroughly disgraceful, undignified institution called Nigerian military accusing IPOB of being behind the recent trending video where Boko Haram members torturing and humiliating Nigerian army personnel is laughable.

“This unguarded, shameful and thoroughly unsubstantiated accusation is very typical of an army that specializes in attacking civilian populations in the south but cringe at the sight of a well armed opposition in the north.

“It is quite pathetic how the Nigeria army would belittle themselves so shamelessly in the eyes of the world by involving IPOB in their futile attempt to deflect attention from their impotence and failed effort to fight a terrorism menace they themselves created in Nigeria. The Nigerian Army must understand that Biafra is not Nigeria.

“IPOB have more important things to do than engaging in doctoring a video that is so clear for all to see. Maybe Nigerian the Army think the world is as undiscerning as their typical Nigerian. Rather than coming out in public to make a complete fool of themselves; Buratai and his Nigerian Army should invite forensic experts to corroborate their claim if they are confident they are speaking the truth.

“The video of Boko Haram torturing and humiliating the cowardly Nigerian Army that specialize in committing crimes against unarmed populations in Biafra is real and verifiable. IPOB has nothing to do with the trending video and cannot involve itself with this brotherly spat between Boko Haram and Nigeria Army because they have the same Fulanisation agenda for Nigeria.

“Nigeria Army and Boko Haram are both terrorist organisations pursuing the same goal with the only difference being that Nigerian army specialise exclusively, in attacking civilians in the east.

“This shameful statement from Nigeria Army proves that the Nigeria Army and her sisters security outfits in Nigeria have lost control of their phony war against Boko Haram and as usual are looking to blame IPOB for their pitiful plight.

“Northern elders (allegedly) formed and sponsored Boko Haram to perfect their plans to islamize and Fulanize Nigeria and to make Jonathan’s government ungovernable which they succeeded in doing. We must not forget that Major-General Muhammadu Buhari was named the chief negotiator by Boko Haram for the failed talks in Saudi Arabia in 2014.

“Nigeria soldiers should leave IPOB alone and focus on fighting the monster they created.

“We pity Nigeria Army and gullible Nigerians who cannot see the inevitable violent collapse of Nigeria. What is happening today in Nigeria is the worst form of organized state sponsored hypocrisy.

Recruiting Boko Haram members and other terror groups into the Nigerian Army, Police, DSS and other security formations in Nigeria is a recipe for disaster which IPOB is rightly sensitizing the world about.

“Nigeria is imploding gradually and no amount of lies against IPOB will avert the impending doom of the failed British contraption”, Powerful said.
