One of four Nigerian players plying their trade in the Slovenia second division has been sacked for impregnating the daughter of his club president.
Bede Osuji, Temitope Nelson, Gerald Chijioke and Sulaiman Adedoja are the four Nigerian playing in the second division league in Slovenia.
With the particular player yet to be identified and name of club withheld, one can only guess who among the four is the victim.
The player has since returned to Nigeria after just six months of his three-year contract with the club.
While narrating his Story , the player said “I signed a three year deal with the option of another year but last month I ran into trouble when my girlfriend who happens to be the daughter of the president said she was pregnant for me”, he said.
“The club got to know about it and summoned me for a meeting. I got there and admitted that I am responsible for the pregnancy and I was told to stay at home and not to be seen around the club premises until I am instructed to return.
“A week later I was called to the office and told that my agent has been informed about their plans to terminate my contract for gross misconduct and indiscipline.
The news came to me as a surprise because I have not been found wanting in any area since I arrived at the club six months ago.” The Nigerian player says he is considering legal action at FIFA over the claims of the club that he went beyond the boundary set for players of the club.
“My agent called me up and said we should file a case with FIFA that he has a recording of the president saying my contract was terminated for having an affair with his daughter. She’s an adult for God sake, we both love each other and decided to have a child.
“Now I don’t know what will happen to her and the child since I’m back in Nigeria. They have forced her to block me on all social media platforms so we have not been communicating. The few friends I made at the club are also scared of speaking to me about her apparently they don’t want to run into trouble with the team. I’m confused right now,” he concluded.
BREAKING: Man Utd Captain Ashley Young Joins Inter
Ashley Young has completed his move from Manchester United to Inter Milan on a six-month deal with an option to extend for a further year.
Ashley Young is officially an Inter player. The 34-year-old English defender arrives from Manchester United and has signed a contract lasting until 30 June 2020 with an option to extend for a further season.
No transfer fee has been revealed but according to several sources in Italy, Inter have paid Manchester United €1.5 million to secure the services of the former Aston Villa man, a fee that will increase every time Young plays for the Nerazzurri.
Ashley Young’s contract with Manchester United was due to expire at the end of June 2020 but the Nerazzurri wanted to add him to the fold for the second half of the season and so they negotiated this deal with the Red Devils.
Ashley Young joined Manchester United from Aston Villa ahead of the 2011/2012 season for a reported fee between £15-20 million and has since then featured 261 times across all competitions scoring 19 goals in the process.
Billionaire Dangote Makes Huge Arsenal FC Take Over Claims
Aliko Dangote has admitted that he is planning to buy Arsenal Football Club.
The Nigerian billionaire – the richest man in Africa – has made no secret of his desire to take over the north London club in the past and has made several statements about launching a future takeover bid in the past.
And the 62-year-old Gunners supporter, who is at number 136 on Forbes’ rich list, has been speaking up a move for the club again.
Dangote owns nearly 85% of the publicly-traded Dangote Cement through a holding company. He also owns stakes in publicly-traded salt, sugar and flour manufacturing companies.
According to Forbes the Dangote Refinery has been under construction for three years and is expected to be one of the world’s largest oil refineries once complete.

And it is that project that is keeping the billionaire from making a move to buy Arsenal from Stan Kroenke right now.
Speaking in 2018, Dangote said that he wanted to buy Arsenal this year.
He said back then: “We will go after Arsenal from 2020, even if somebody buys, we will still go after it.”
Now, with the Dangote Refinery still in process, Dangote has altered his plans and made the big claim that he will buy the club sometime in 2021.
Speaking on the David Rubenstein Show in America, in an interview recorded in September, Dangote said: “It is a team that yes I would like to buy some day, but what I keep saying is we have $20billion worth of projects and that’s what I really want to concentrate on. I’m trying to finish building the company and then after we finish, maybe some time in 2021 we can.
“I’m not buying Arsenal right now, I’m buying Arsenal when I finish all these projects, because I’m trying to take the company to the next level.”
Below is the interview which was released on Youtube earlier this month.
I Won’t Coach Man United, Real Madrid Even For Free — Guardiola
Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola says he would never manage Manchester United and would prefer to go on holiday than take over at Old Trafford.
Guardiola was on United’s radar to replace Sir Alex Ferguson but had already agreed to join Bayern Munich when the Scot retired in 2013.
The Spaniard said his status at City means he would not join United even if it was the only offer he had. “If I didn’t have any offers, I would be in the Maldives,” he said.
“Maybe not the Maldives because it doesn’t have any golf courses but after training City, I won’t train United, just like I would never train Madrid,” said Guardiola, speaking before his side’s trip to Old Trafford in the Carabao Cup semi-final yesterday.
Ferguson famously met Guardiola for dinner in New York in 2012. At the time, the former Barcelona coach was on his sabbatical year and Ferguson was still to decide he would end his own illustrious career just months later. Ferguson asked to be kept abreast of Guardiola’s plans but the return call never came.
United went on to win the Premier League but have not come close to winning another, whereas Guardiola has two titles – to add to the three Bundesliga crowns he won at Bayern Munich.
The 48-year-old has won 20 major honours, all with the distinctive tactics he learned from legendary Dutchman Johan Cruyff when he was a player at Barcelona. It is for that reason former England skipper Gary Lineker recently said on Twitter that Guardiola has “changed the way we play/think about the game” and has had “arguably the most positive influence of anyone, ever on our game”.
United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer understands the sentiment but, for the Norwegian, Ferguson remains peerless. “I admire Pep’s teams,” he said.
“He is one of the best managers ever and you can see where he has taken his wisdom from but I have to say I worked under the most influential one.
“But when you watch City, you have to admire what they are trying to do. They stick true to their values and beliefs.”
