Comedian, Mr Jollof has called out Nigerian Governors that match their face masks with their attire as a fashion statement.
As many states across the country are taking steps to curb the spread of the virus in their regions, governors have mandated citizens to use face masks in public.
This has led Governors to wear the mask publicly, as a form of protection from coronavirus, and also as a way of creating awareness of the pandemic.
Unimpressed by the way the governors are creating the awareness, Mr Jollof has slammed them, according to him,the governors have turned the pandemic into a fashion parade, as they ensure they wear a face mask that matches their outfit.
“If sharing rice, building isolation centers and modeling for nose mask is what our governors can do to combat Corona Virus 🦠that means we are finished as a Nation. #covid_19“. He said.
