It has been revealed that the Muhammadu Buhari-led administration and Lagos State Government are planning to blame the Lekki Massacre on the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB.

Oriental Times reports that scores of ENDSARS protesters were killed on Tuesday, 20th October as shooters believed to be officers of the Nigerian military opened fire on hundreds of youths keeping vigil at the Lekki tollgate to demand an end to police brutality. Many were also wounded.

Irked by the killings, irate youths embarked on massive destruction of national and state-owned assets across the country.

The worst hit was Lagos, which lost a handful of assets, including some newly commissioned state-owned bus terminals, some media outfits and at least two more police stations. Governor Sanwo-Olu’s family house was also attacked.

However, there are reports that the Buhari-led administration alongside Lagos State Government is trying to pin the massacre of the peaceful ENDSARS protesters and destruction of properties in Lagos on IPOB.

Activist and Publisher of Sahara Reporters, Omoyele Sowore, made the revelation.

The former presidential aspirant wrote;

“Let it be known that haven’t been caught red handed, the @mbuhari regime and the Lagos govt plans to blame the #LekkiMassacre and carnage on #IPOB”
